This week’s episode is all about Marketing SaaS Companies. I’m joined by Adam O’Leary, co-founder of Trustscout, a video testimonial capture tool originally developed for agency white-label, eCommerce, and SMBs.
Testimonials are so important today, especially when there is so much choice in the market. These are really what sets you aside from the competition. But you shouldn’t be afraid of negative reviews. This gives you a chance to understand what problems your customers are facing.
Adam would always try to get on the phone with someone who left a bad review and understand why the person felt that way. This is a great method of understanding their perspective and you talk them through further steps. This also allows you to make improvements from finding out these problems that people are having so you can make sure they don’t reoccur.
Marketing SaaS Companies Done Right
We go on to speak about the two main aspects of a business being traffic and sales. As business owners, it’s easy to get caught up with the tasks that don’t move you forward. At the end of the day, there’s nothing more important than how many people saw your message and how many people bought into it.
