Today’s episode is all about consistency. Yep, that’s right, people like consistency. Take this podcast for example. We started with a commitment to release a new episode every week. People get used to that, and the consistency proves an important element in letting people know that you’re invested in them before they invest in you. 

When it comes to social media marketing, the same is true. It’s happened to all of us, right? We put off posting till tomorrow. Then something comes up at work, then it’s the weekend. I’ll do it on Monday. Etc Etc… Until suddenly it’s been weeks since your last post was published. 

There’s nothing worse for a brand, and more importantly for your prospective customers than coming to a website or a social media channel, and realising that it’s inactive. When that happens, people start to wonder if the company or brand is inactive too.

So, the name of the game is consistency. Consistently posting on the channels you’ve chosen. Keep that conversation alive and show your audience that you’re invested just as much as they should be.
